Welcome to Let’s Paint Art Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, registration for classes and events, purchases, studio participation, and text-message program.
Let’s Paint Art Studio is operated by Party Solutions Events Planning LLC. By using our website, registering for a program, making a purchase, or subscribing to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SERVICES AND REGISTRATION
Let’s Paint Art Studio offers art classes, workshops, private parties, community events, mobile painting experiences, and related creative programs for children and adults.
Registration is subject to availability. A reservation is not guaranteed until all required registration information and payment have been received. Program dates, instructors, activities, and availability may change when necessary.
PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed on the website or communicated before registration. Customers are responsible for reviewing program details, pricing, dates, and eligibility requirements before completing a purchase.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Private Parties: A full refund may be provided when a cancellation is made at least four weeks before the scheduled party. Rescheduling requests or changes to the number of participants must be made at least two weeks before the party.
Public Classes and Events: A refund may be provided when cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or event. A studio credit may be issued when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit their payment.
Gift certificates are nonrefundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and must be used within one year of purchase.
Let’s Paint Art Studio may cancel or reschedule a program because of weather, instructor availability, insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When this occurs, registered participants will receive information about available credits, refunds, or rescheduling options.
STUDIO PARTICIPATION
Participants agree to follow studio rules, treat instructors and other guests respectfully, and use art materials and equipment responsibly. A parent or legal guardian must complete required registration documents for participants under 18.
Customers must notify the studio in advance of relevant allergies, accessibility needs, or health and safety concerns. Participation in art activities may involve paint, clay, tools, and other materials. Participants and guardians are responsible for following all safety instructions.
Photography or video permission is governed by the separate consent selection included in the participant’s registration documents.
SMS TEXT-MESSAGE PROGRAM
Customers may voluntarily subscribe to receive recurring text messages from Let’s Paint Art Studio. Messages may include class and event announcements, promotional offers, registration reminders, schedule changes, customer-service responses, and other studio updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number and notifying us if that number changes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use or link to third-party services for payments, scheduling, communications, social media, or event registration. Let’s Paint Art Studio is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party websites and services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Paint Art Studio and Party Solutions Events Planning LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in studio services.
